Using this marketplace

By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter a contract where you live.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund any amount taken.

Pricing and availability

Prices include any taxes we are required to collect at checkout. Prices and stock can change, and an item may sell out between adding it to your cart and paying for it. If that happens we will tell you before taking payment.

Prohibited items

We do not list counterfeit goods, unsafe or non-compliant products, or anything whose sale is illegal in your jurisdiction. Sellers must not misuse a trademark or misrepresent a product's origin, certification or condition.

Reviews

Reviews must describe your genuine experience. Reviews that are fabricated, misleading or defamatory will be removed.

Returns and disputes

Our Returns Policy forms part of these terms. If something is wrong with an order, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where local law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site.
