What we collect

We collect the account details you give us (name, email, and optionally a phone number and delivery addresses), the orders you place, and basic technical information needed to keep the site secure and fast.

We do not store card numbers. Payments are handled entirely by our payment processor.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders
• To provide support and handle returns
• To send order and security emails you have asked to receive
• To prevent fraud and abuse

Marketing email

Marketing email is opt-in only and is never preselected. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email, and manage every preference in Account → Settings → Email preferences.

Analytics

We record product views and cart activity to understand what shoppers are looking for. You can disable this with the cookie and analytics controls in your browser, and it is only used in aggregate.

Your rights

You can view and export your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time from Account → Settings, or by contacting us. We will act on verified requests within the timeframe your local law requires.

Sharing

We share order details only with the parties needed to fulfil them: our payment processor, the carrier delivering your parcel, and the supplier where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
