Our commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across the site.

What we have done

• Every interactive element is reachable and operable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
• Images carry meaningful alt text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers
• Form fields are labelled, and errors are announced and linked to the field
• Dialogs trap focus and return it to the trigger on close
• Colour is never the only way information is conveyed
• Text can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content
• Animation respects your "reduce motion" system setting

Known limitations

Some seller-supplied product images may lack descriptive text. If you hit a barrier, tell us and we will fix it and improve the tooling sellers use to add descriptions.

Reporting a problem

Email us with the page address and a description. We aim to acknowledge within two business days.
